Chinese New Year 2013- Year of the Snake

Ok so it's the 11th day of Chinese new year and I can finally make some time to blog about the events that were going on for the past whole week. Exams are finally over, though I know I am definitely fucked. I tried my best though, but I am so going to get all depressed later on. Ahhhh.

This year's Chinese New Year was a huge blast! I have never enjoyed myself this much for the past 2 years and this year's was just simply awesome! The first day was a huge family gathering at my crib and it was FULL HOUSE MAN. The whole apartment was literally filled up with people I don't think I could even move about freely. It just made me feel so much happier :) Reunited with my cousins and all of them are so grown up now I can't believe we are one of the youngest. They still look as youthful though..

Day 1

The second and third day were spent visiting the temple and also a house visit to Adeline's place :) Thank you for inviting us over hehe.

It was Yurong's 19th birthday! Had dinner over at Holland Village and gave her a hue surprise haha. We had to give her one before she went back to Perth. Sigh. Am missing her terribly now. Cannot wait for her to be back again! :)

Wanted to go have a drink with the group but did not made it cuz everyone was quite indecisive on where to go. Eventually AnnQi Yurong and I headed down to Attica at Clarke Quay haha. It was their first time clubbing and I'm glad they enjoyed themselves! It was such a random and impromptu decision to head over to the club cuz we were all so 'underdressed' for the night and we were rather self conscious lol. Everything turned out to be great, met a few awesome people and had good alcohol and music! ( My favorite is still Rebel haha)

 17th/Feb/2013

8th day of Chinese New year. Headed over to Crystal's house to bai nian! There was a good crowd and caught up with many of my secondary schoolmates that I haven't met for very long. That day was really great, it just had to be ruined by the upcoming exams the next day. I was so bummed because the thought just kept popping up in my head like as if I did something wrong and I should be back home revising -.- It's true but what the heck man its Chinese New Year!

Rushed home after that and took a quick 2 hour sleep before being woken up by my mom to 'bai tian gong'. It was the start of 3 sleepless nights... haha but I'm glad it's all over now.

TODAY

The day that announced that my exams are officially over. I REALLY LOVE TODAY. Annqi and I have this weird liking to random meetups and random outings together and we did exactly that today. Haha. Met up with her after my last paper and headed to Plaza Sing to check out shoes. 

I swear, I was just bored and wanted to take a look but the temptations were so hard to resist, even Annqi had to get a pair of creepers when she wasn't even intending to get anything today. There was a 50% sale and we just went nuts. I didnt regret a single bit even though it was quite an impulse buy.

Annqi decided to get her fringe cut at Chapter 2 and we ate some gelato ice cream before heading home :) We should do this more often!


 And just a day before I finally received my package for my Killin' It Snapback by Jeffree Star and I am madly in love with it. No choice, had to camwhore. Still couldn't get over the fact that Jeffree Star actually gave me 5 SECONDS OF HIS ATTENTION AND LIKED MY PHOTOS. LOVE YOU JEFFREE.

Okay enough of myself. Gonna head down to Actually again to get Eleanor her own pair of creeps. I love how I'm so free now. Have a good week ahead guys! Can't wait to see Eleanor on Saturday! Ciao.
