Yeah being 17 is no big deal. Its nothing special but hey. Birthdays come once a year. Who knows what you're gunna become next year? Who knows when you're gonna die and not celebrate another birthday again? So, we should treasure every moment like it's our last. So this post is about my birthday. I'M SEVENTEEN. AUGURI, PERLA LUCCICOSA!
I was kinda disappointed at first, and I wasn't really looking forward to my birthday because, I expected a lot. I wanted everyone close to me to celebrate my big day. No, I wasn't expecting presents or big surprises or whatever. I just wanted everyone to be with me during my birthday. But nah I know it was not possible because many of them were busy. BUT. I truly enjoyed myself with Cedric today and I wouldn't ask for more. He made my day really special, and I will never ever forget it. :)
I went down to Orchard to meet him since he had school till noon, and we had chicken rice at Far East Plaza for our lunch. I was so fricken excited I don't know why hahaha.
Lunch was good and then we headed to Shaw to catch the movie In Time, starring Justin Timberlake. That movie was kickass. It was way cool man. I kinda understood what it meant by 'time is money'. Imagine knowing the time that you're gunna die and waking up feeling scared. Omg.
So after the flick, Ced told me he was going to bring me to a place later on at 8.30pm and he refused to tell me despite me trying to dig something out from him. So... no choice, after walking around Ion for a while, I followed him and we reached Promenade station. I stood there and Ced took me by my hand, and grinning, he slowly took out 2 pairs of tickets to the Singapore Flyer.I literally screamed. I was like oh my god. OH MY GOD. Ok. Yes no big deal to like everyone but, I've never went on the flyer before. To me it was a big surprise, because I never thought he would thought of this. Every thought counts. I was really touched by what he did because he treated me to almost everything that day. :) Damn, he actually wanted to bring me to Universal Studio but we couldn't make it. And he blew that surprise right in ma face. oh well. hahaha.
I had an awesome view of Singapore during night time and this country is really really beautiful. :) Enjoyed myself for that 30 minutes ride before we headed for home to cut my birthday cake!! Cedric came home with me too and by the time I reached home it was already 10pm! Everyone at home were so happy to see us hahaha. So adorable. :)
I love my family. I love all of my friends. I love Cedric. :) Everyone stay happy and healthy okay! Thats all I ever want.
